Prick the surface with a fork and prebake for 15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. For the filling, combine the remaining ingredients in the order listed using an electric whisk and beat until smooth. Pour the filling into the pie shell. Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Lower the temperature to 160\u00b0C\/325\u00b0F\/Gas mark 3 and continue baking for 40 minutes, or until the filling is firm around the edges and slightly soft in the middle.
