Grease a 20-cm\/8-inch square tin.<\/p>\n<p>Melt the chocolate and 55 g\/2 oz butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water and set aside. Beat together the eggs and sugar in a medium bowl, until smooth and creamy. Stir in the flours, almond extract and melted chocolate. Spread \u00bd of the mixture over the base of the prepared tin.<\/p>\n<p>In a separate bowl, beat together the remaining butter and last 6 ingredients and pour over the mixture in the base of the tin. Tip the second \u00bd of the chocolate mixture over the filling, covering as much as possible. Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts and bake for 30 minutes. Set the tin on a wire rack to cool. Slice into squares to serve.
