It is best when served hot and fresh out of the oven.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> (Makes: 8 servings)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tube (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust<\/li>\n<li>2 garlic cloves, minced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon dried oregano<\/li>\n<li>1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided<\/li>\n<li>1 plum tomato, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon Italian seasoning, optional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On a greased baking sheet, roll pizza crust into a 12-in. x 8-in. rectangle. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 6-8 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Sprinkle with garlic, oregano and half of the cheese.<\/p>\n<p>Arrange tomato slices in a single layer over cheese. Top with remaining cheese and, if desired, Italian seasoning.
