The night before, measure out the pretzels, peanuts, raisins and chocolate. The next day, they come together in a snap.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/span> (Yield: about 6\u00bd dozen)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup butter, softened<\/li>\n<li>1 cup packed brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>3 teaspoons vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>2\u00bd cups all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>\u00be teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n<li>2 cups halved pretzel sticks<\/li>\n<li>1 cup coarsely chopped dry roasted peanuts<\/li>\n<li>1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks<\/li>\n<li>1 cup raisins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour and baking powder; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in the pretzels, peanuts, chocolate chunks and raisins.<\/p>\n<p>Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10-14 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
