100g/4 oz ground almonds

50 g/2 oz fructose
25g/1 oz cornflour (cornstarch)

1 egg lightly beaten

Method:

Blend together all the ingredients until you have a smooth paste. Wrap in clingfilm (plastic wrap) and chill before using.
