Beat together the sugar and eggs until
well blended, then beat in the oil. Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Spoon into a greased and floured 23 x 33 cm/9 x 13 in baking tin (pan)
and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for 1 hour
until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
