300 ml milk
100 g/4 oz/1 cup wholemeal (wholewheat) flour
10 ml/2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
Method:
Mix together all the ingredients to a
stiff dough. Shape into a microwave loaf dish and level the surface.
Cook on High for 7 minutes. Leave to cool in the dish for 10 minutes,
then turn out on to a wire rack to finish cooling.
