Method:
Mix together the butter or margarine and
biscuit crumbs and press into the base and sides of a 23 cm/9 in
microwave flan dish. Microwave on High for 1 minute. Leave to cool.
Beat together the cream cheese and soured cream until smooth, then
beat in the egg, sugar and lemon juice and rind. Spoon into the base
and spread evenly. Cook on Medium for 8 minutes. Leave to cool.
Whip the cream until stiff, then spread over the case. Top with banana
slices and spoon the passion fruit flesh over the top.
