Vanilla Glace Icing Recipe

Ingredients: Makes enough to cover one 20 cm / 8 in cake

100 g/4 oz icing (confectioners') sugar, sifted
25 ml/1.5 tbsp water
A few drops of vanilla essence (extract)

Method:

Place the sugar in a bowl and mix in the water and vanilla essence a little at a time until the icing is smooth.
