100g/4 oz cream cheese 25 g/1 oz/2 tbsp butter or margarine, softened 350g/12 oz/2 cups icing (confectioners') sugar, sifted 5 ml/1 tsp vanilla essence (extract) 30 ml/2 tbsp clear honey (optional)
Method:
Beat together the cream cheese and butter or margarine until lightly and fluffy. Gradually beat in the sugar and vanilla essence until smooth. Sweeten with a little honey, if liked.
