Rum Glace Icing Recipe

Ingredients: Makes enough to cover one 20 cm / 8 in cake

100 g/4 oz icing (confectioners') sugar, sifted
25—30 ml rum

Method:

Place the sugar in a bowl and mix in the rum a little at a time until the icing is smooth.
