Ingredients:
Makes enough to cover one 25 cm / 9 in cake
250 g/9 oz icing (confectioners') sugar,
sifted
30 ml/2 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
A few drops of almond essence (extract)
60 ml/4 tbsp orange juice
Method:
Place the icing sugar in a bowl and
blend in the butter or margarine and the almond essence. Gradually
blend in enough of the orange juice to make a stiff icing.
