Lemon Glace Icing Recipe

Ingredients: Makes enough to cover one 20 cm / 8 in cake

100g/4 oz icing (confectioners') sugar, sifted
2530 ml lemon juice

Finely grated rind of 1 lemon

Method:

Place the sugar in a bowl and mix in the lemon juice and rind a little at a time until the icing is smooth.
