25 g/1 oz/2 tbsp butter or margarine
5 ml/1 tsp grated lemon rind 30 ml/2 tbsp lemon juice 250 g/9 oz icing (confectioners') sugar, sifted
Method:
Cream together the butter or margarine and lemon rind until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the lemon juice and sugar until smooth.
