120 ml/4 fl oz water
A pinch of salt
15 ml/1 tbsp butter or margarine
Method:
Mix together all the ingredients except
the butter or margarine in a small pan over a low heat, stirring
gently until the mixture is well blended. Bring to the boil and boil
for 1 minute. Stir in the butter or margarine and leave to cool. Chill
before using.
