75 g/3 oz cream cheese 30 ml/2 tbsp butter or margarine
350g/12 oz/2 cups icing (confectioners') sugar, sifted 5 ml/1 tsp vanilla essence (extract)
Method:
Beat together the cheese and butter or margarine until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the icing sugar and vanilla essence until you have a smooth, creamy icing.
