50 g/2 oz plain (semi-sweet) chocolate, chopped 50 g/2 oz butter or margarine
2.5 ml/0.5 tsp vanilla essence (extract)
75 ml/5 tbsp boiling water 350 g/12 oz/2 cups icing (confectioners') sugar, sifted
Method:
Blend together all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, pushing the ingredients down as necessary. Use at once.
