Ingredients:
Makes enough to cover one 23 cm / 9 in cake
175 g/6 oz plain (semi-sweet) chocolate
90 ml/6 tbsp boiling water
225 g/8 oz/2 cups desiccated (shredded)

Method:
Puree the chocolate and water in a
blender or food processor, then add the coconut and process until
smooth. Sprinkle over plain cakes while still warm.
